Return & Refund Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged or defective. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and an unboxing video.

To start a return, contact us at support@ojasa.in. Returns must be sent to: Pandav Sena, Sachi Mata Apartments, 4th floor, Pincode: 741313, Mayapur, West Bengal, India.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To be eligible for a return or refund, you must provide an unedited video of you opening the sealed package and showing the damage or defect clearly.

  • The package must be shown sealed before opening.
  • The video must be continuous and uncut.
  • The damage or defect must be clearly visible.

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@ojasa.in
  2. Include your Order Number and a short explanation
  3. Attach the unboxing video

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned: custom products (special orders or personalized items). We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

International Orders

International customers are eligible for returns under the same policy. Return shipping cost must be covered by the customer, unless we confirm the item was damaged or defective.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.
