Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days(excludes weekends & public holidays).

Payment Holds:If your address incurs a remote-area surcharge, we'll email you an invoice; processing begins once it's paid.

Domestic (India) Shipping

Free Standard Shipping is available to all standard serviceable Pin Codes.

Remote-Area Surcharge:If applicable, you'll be notified before processing.

International Shipping

Cost is calculated based on total weight and destination at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 14–21 business days (excludes processing time).
• Expedited Service: 4–10 business days via premium couriers (duties may apply).

Important: For some high-risk countries we only provide Expedited Service at checkout. If you still want Standard Shipping for these countries, contact us at support@ojasa.in — please note that if the shipment is lost or damaged via Standard Shipping for these countries, you are not eligible for a Return or Refund.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to follow its progress.

Delivery Expectations & Delays

Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. We aren't responsible for delays or extra fees (customs duties, re-delivery charges, etc.) beyond our control.

Delivery Confirmation & Refunds

If the courier marks your package as “Delivered”, it will be considered successfully delivered. No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders marked as delivered by the courier.

Please provide an address where someone can receive your package during business hours. Any re-delivery or storage fees are your responsibility.

Issues & Claims

Allow up to 14 business days (domestic) or 25 business days (international) beyond estimates before contacting us.
